  • There will be a 30% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.

    Please reach out to move or cancel your appointment promptly to avoid the cancellation fee or holds on your client profile.

  • If you’re running behind, please text as soon as possible to keep me informed.

    Guests arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to have their service adjusted or may forfeit part or all of their scheduled services in order to stay on time for the next guest.

  • Please arrive with clean, freshly-styled, dry hair unless otherwise instructed.

    Style your hair using any products and techniques you typically would.

    It is helpful for me to see how you wear your hair most!

  • All major cards and tap-to-pay accepted for service payment. Cashless preferred.

    Gratuity is appreciated in the form of cash, through credit card transaction, or through mobile wallets such as Venmo, Cashapp, and Zelle.

  • If you’re not fully satisfied, please reach out within 7 days of your appointment so I can make adjustments.

    This does not cover any “changes of mind” regarding the consulted upon and agreed result.

    Services are non-refundable.

  • Final pricing may vary based on hair length, density, and product usage.

    The prices listed on this site are base prices. A thorough consultation with more accurate pricing will be given at the start of every service.

  • To maintain a calm, safe, and focused environment for all guests, children are only permitted in the studio if they are scheduled to receive a service.

    Thank you for understanding and helping preserve the experience for every guest.

  • To preserve the comfort and flow of the studio as well as for the other professionals in neighboring studios, guests are kindly asked to limit additional visitors.

    A maximum of one adult guest is permitted, though arriving solo is preferred to maintain a calm and intentional environment.

  • Services may be modified or declined if the integrity of the hair is compromised.

  • If you are not satisfied with any product purchased from Painted Lady Studio, please reach out within 7 days to initiate an exchange.

    The cost of the product(s) at the time of purchase will be applied towards a different product(s) choice upon receipt of the returned item(s) by the studio. This dollar amount can be kept as a credit for future use.

    Product purchases are non-refundable.

  • No-shows will be charged 30% of the service total per the cancellation policy and may require deposits or prepayment for future bookings.

  • I reserve the right to refuse service if it compromises hair health, safety, or the studio environment.

  • Results cannot be guaranteed due to previous color history. Multiple sessions may be required to achieve desired results.
